Kemi’s independently developed precision temperature control series products include integrated high and low temperature circulators, low-temperature circulators, closed-loop high-temperature circulators, and vacuum cold traps. The integrated high and low temperature circulator uses a compression refrigeration system and electric heating device to achieve stable heat transfer fluid temperature output, providing a stable reaction temperature for reactors, reaction vessels, and other instruments and equipment. It is suitable for precise temperature control of synthesis equipment such as glass reactors, high-pressure reactors, microchannel reactors, and tubular reactors. Kemi’s independently developed temperature control equipment is equipped with Kemi’s proprietary high-precision temperature control algorithm, which can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃ under reasonable system design and selection. It can freely switch between controlling the oil temperature or the reaction medium temperature, and can fully activate refrigeration to meet the needs of low-temperature reactions or timely heat removal for exothermic reactions. Kemi’s vacuum cold trap has a built-in Kemi high-performance compressor direct cooling system, which can effectively condense moisture and low-boiling point solvents in the gas before the vacuum pump, improving the system vacuum degree and extending the life of the vacuum pump.
