The equipment uses a large-torque magnetic coupling stirrer with a torque of 25N*m; the oil bath heating method is used to ensure rapid temperature rise in the kettle while also achieving temperature field balance in the kettle; equipped with a vacuum pump and a vacuum gauge, it can achieve vacuuming and precise measurement, and the ultimate vacuum degree reaches 5Pa. The equipment uses a 10.2-inch touch screen and is equipped with control software to display and record data such as temperature, pressure, stirring, vacuum degree, etc. in the kettle in real time, and is equipped with pressure and temperature classification alarms, process data recording and transmission, and historical trend statistics of various data. It can also be operated on a computer or mobile phone App.
